General Summary
The individual in this role will be part of Qualcomm's System VI and Emulation Team and will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting Qualcomm's Pre-Silicon FPGA-based emulation platforms. Support tickets raised by users of these platforms will have to be resolved by the individual – either on their own or in collaboration with adjacent functions (IT, Emulation, VI or Software teams.) Individuals will work on multiple tickets at any point of time, so, systematic tracking and updating of status is expected. The environment is fast-paced and requires cross-functional interaction daily. Good communication, planning, and execution skills are a must.
