Join our growing L2/L3 Support Team in Colombia
Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and helping customers succeed? We are looking for Support Engineers, Senior Support Engineers, and a Lead to troubleshoot SQL & cloud issues, manage incidents, and create solutions that make an impact.
What you'll do:
Handle L2/L3 support tickets for SQL and infrastructure issues
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical problems
Collaborate with senior engineers and mentors on complex cases
Directly interact with customers to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
Strong SQL skills (Azure knowledge a plus)
1–2 years experience for Support Engineers, 3–5 years for Senior
Excellent communication & customer empathy
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Snowflake
