L2 / L3 Support Engineer | Senior Support Engineer | Lead
Location: Colombia (Hybrid – Bogotá preferred)
Join our growing global support organization and play a key role in keeping mission-critical data platforms running smoothly. We're looking for Support Engineers, Senior Support Engineers, and a Support Lead who enjoy deep technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and ownership of production issues across SQL and cloud environments.
What you'll do
Handle L2/L3 production support tickets related to SQL, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issues to resolution
Support live customer environments, including onboarding and post-deployment issues
Collaborate with senior engineers, SREs, and product teams on complex technical cases
Participate in incident management, escalations, and post-mortems
Create and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge base
