✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Day-to-day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred)
- Interact with IT & business users on functional issues
- Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution
- Follow service management processes (e.G., Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem)
- Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all times
- Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and other IT/business stakeholders
- Track and report progress to stakeholders
