Configure sensors, IP cameras, lasers, network switches, LED lighting, and low-voltage power supplies. Assist with software installation, XML configuration, and ongoing system maintenance. Provide client training and handovers for first-line support. Monitor and troubleshoot deployed systems remotely. Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and data integrity issues.
