Support Engineer

FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve database and dataintegration issues using SQL and ERP knowledge.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion issues and performnetwork troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow.
• Support customers in leveraginganalytics, dashboards, and workbench tools to manage shortages, inventory, andprocurement tasks.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to datasynchronization, log analysis, and system integrations (AWS, Git, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, andEngineering teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
