Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in first‑level technical support in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of computer hardware
  • Experience with print pools
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365, and MS Teams
