Responsibilities

  • Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia.
  • Provide second level support to internal and external customers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and strategic partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our HIS systems, covering end‑user support to backend client‑based components.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions.
  • Liaise with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, and hotfixes.
  • Offer ongoing support and training to customers to maximize the value of our products.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant job‑related experience.
