Responsibilities
- Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia.
- Provide second level support to internal and external customers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and strategic partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our HIS systems, covering end‑user support to backend client‑based components.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions.
- Liaise with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, and hotfixes.
- Offer ongoing support and training to customers to maximize the value of our products.
- Demonstrate teamwork and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant job‑related experience.
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation.
