Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 application support for:

Core banking applications: AS400, Silverlake banking system

Cards applications: Mainframe, COBOL, cardlink

For Lead role,
we are open to both AS400 or Mainframe support experience. Candidate must have experience leading a team of minimum 5-10 members,

For Engineer role,
the candidate must have experience in Mainframe application support and cards industry knowledge.

Must‑Haves

Willingness to work in office daily

Willingness to be on standby

Willingness to work in shifts

Must come from core banking and cards industry (banking only)
