Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team
- Collaborate with Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues to meet 24x7 service level agreements
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or development role
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
