Support Engineer

Requirements:- 0,5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.- Basic knowledge of Linux- Experience with git- Experience with sh/bash- Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.)- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana or others;Will be a plus:- Experience using configuration management software (Ansible, Terraform)- Experience working with scripting languages experience (Python preferred).- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,- Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI or others.- Experience with ELK stack- Infrastructure as a code, GitOps principles understanding- Experience working with Cloud (AWS preferred) - Experience with relational databases such as PostgeSQL, or others.Responsibility:- Incident management- Maintaining environments and applications (AWS, on-prem servers, K8s clusters, etc.)- Support development and BA teams- Configuring and maintaining monitoring systems- Opportunity to growth as devopsWe may use artificial inte...
