Job Description

The Support Engineer will be responsible for managing telecom service provisioning activities, including order processing, database updates, technical support, and coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end service order lifecycle , including new orders, upgrades, and change requests
  • Log, track, and update service orders in provisioning systems and databases (e.g., Metasolv)
  • Provide technical and provisioning support , troubleshoot issues, and minimize service disruptions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Network Planning, Operations, and external clients for smooth service installations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
