Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Provide L1 & L2 support and act as subject matter expert on the respective IT domain.
• Participate in design, implementation and enhancement of servers and Infrastructure services set-up and configuration.
• Monitoring server performance to maintain system continuity at an acceptable level of system Performance.
• System Administration tasks for Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 (software installation, performance diagnostics, issue resolution, etc.).
• Active Directory Administration (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
• Group Policy Management (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
• Microsoft Systems Center (App Controller, Configuration Manager, Data Protection Manager, Orchestrator, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Virtual Machine Manager R2 preferred).
• Basic understanding and hands on experience in at hypervisor technology (VMware & Microsoft Hyper-V).
