C Square (Pvt) Limited is a customer experience market leader, providing customer engagement solutions using conventional, traditional and digital channels integrated by AI and Genesys platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP and/or SIP technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux OS (Fedora based); experience with Dockers and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with solutions with omni-channel capabilities (Genesys experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
- Sound understanding of Networking concepts.
- Knowledge of databases like MSSQL and Oracle, including query building.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with prior experience in client support.
