Job Description

The IT Support Engineer serves as the backbone of our technical operations, providing high-tier technical expertise to ensure a seamless digital experience for all end-users. You will be responsible for the health, stability, and security of our internal infrastructure, acting as a proactive troubleshooter who resolves complex hardware, software, and network challenges before they impact business productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Respond to and resolve help-desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the deployment of new systems, applications, and updates across the organization.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
