GlobalLogic is looking for a Customer Support Engineer with over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automation Cloud, SharePoint (On-Prem & Online), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose complex issues, support automation workflows, and deliver a world-class support experience to our customers.
