Job Description
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and support user accounts, Microsoft Exchange mailboxes, Outlook configurations, and email-related issues.
- Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices at the factory site.
- Coordinate with the Head Office IT team for escalations, infrastructure activities, and project implementations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and operating systems.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of assigned equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and support requirements.
- Assist in infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and other IT initiatives.
