New Era Technology is seeking an IT support professional for roles based across Invercargill client sites in the education sector. You will be the first line for a wide range of IT support needs, handling face-to-face and ticket-based interactions, prioritizing and troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires accurate daily timesheets, willingness to travel, and a NZ driver’s license.
