We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer to join a global support team responsible for delivering first-line technical support for the one open platform.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, troubleshooting application issues, managing access requests, documenting solutions, and collaborating with Level 2 teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
