Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Engineer to maintain and support our .NET-based applications. The candidate will ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent technical support to users while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Experience required: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance and health of web applications and address issues proactively.
  • Respond to and resolve application-related issues reported via ticketing systems within SLA guidelines.
  • Investigate root causes of errors and implement fixes or escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with development teams for code changes and enhancements.
  • Perform debugging and implement minor fixes or patches in .NET code as needed.
