Role overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to support the full lifecycle of apps on Titan OS. You’ll work closely with key app providers (e.g. AppleTV, HBO Max, Spotify) during onboarding and throughout the ongoing lifecycle of their apps across new platform releases, evolving technical specifications, and new TV model launches. This role combines technical troubleshooting, partner support, and coordination across internal teams to ensure apps continue to perform reliably as the platform evolves, while improving documentation, processes, and developer experience.
