2nd Line Support Engineer
The 2nd line Support Engineer is responsible for desktop support, installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software products at customer site predominately focussed laptops and desktops.
The role ensures that Windows & Office 365 desktop systems operate as designed and are maintained or upgraded according to requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform break/fix support and new installations for laptops, desktops, mobile devices.
- Apply deep knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems to troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents.
Key Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience of onsite support, 1st/2nd line Support.
- Dutch fluent speaking
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office 365.
