Desktop IT Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for 1st and 2nd line support, installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software products at customer site predominately focused laptops and desktops.
The role ensures that Windows & Office 365 desktop systems operate as designed and are maintained or upgraded according to requirements. The engineer collaborates with senior management users within the business to ensure high customer satisfaction and product functionality. Administrative duties include scheduling services, maintaining service records, and documenting client interactions on ServiceNow.
