Support Engineer 2 - BY Category Management/ BY CATMAN/ SQL/ Azure

• Position involves a role that is responsible for the implementation of Blue Yonder Category Management with good knowledge of Blue Yonder Category Management. These include independently handling the implementation and providing a solution to technical/functional issues. The Associate should have strong product knowledge in at least any 3 of the areas (SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, Reporting).

Scope:

• Core responsibilities include maintenance & support during the Implementation phase of the customer project to manage the environment & product-related issues.
