Creative Support Ltd is looking for a Support Worker to join their team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. In this role, you will support adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring they receive person-centred care and assistance in developing everyday living skills.

The successful candidate will receive full training, including opportunities to work toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, and be offered competitive pay with additional benefits such as a pension contribution and 28 days annual leave.
