Support & Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities
The Support & Deployment Engineer will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare him for the following responsibilities:
• Deploy, maintain, and support Azeus software and services, both On Cloud and On Premise
• Setup and maintain project hardware and software base on established procedures and specifications
• Maintain technical documents and specifications of infrastructure and customer details
• Monitor systems using monitoring tools and provide support, recommendation and resolution on issues.
• Identify, investigate, troubleshoot, resolve and document client and system issues.
• Properly escalate issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. System Engineers, Developers)
• Prioritize, maintain, track and document multiple issues and tickets at one time
• Assist with the deployment and enhancement of support and deployment standards and procedures
