About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team in Townsville for a permanent full-time role. Initial training will require you to be in the office for the first 2 months. After completing training, flexible hybrid working arrangements may be discussed.
As a Support Coordinator you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to navigate the NDIS and connect with the right services to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with clients, families, and service providers to coordinate supports that truly make a difference.
