About the Role

Join our Care and Support team as a Support Coordinator and help ensure the people we support receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support every day.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Support Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, based at The Wellington Centre in Andover.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in coordinating support visits across our supported living services, helping to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
