Support Automation Engineer

About the Role

This role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial automation systems. You will diagnose issues, assist with installations and maintenance, and work directly with clients to guide them in using their systems effectively. It’s a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with automation technologies, and supporting customers in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support (when necessary) for installed industrial automation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in automated systems and industrial equipment (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, among others).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
