We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to support clients with their banking requirements.
- Answer client calls and engage in active listening to understand their needs.
- Provide personalized solutions and assist clients in utilizing our banking applications.
The work schedule is flexible, allowing for variable shifts. However, you will be informed three weeks in advance of any changes. You will have access to comprehensive training programs, including an eight-to-nine-week on-the-job development program with remote guidance. Opportunities exist for career advancement within the organization.
Requirements:
- National high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
