Overview

Parkstone Connect Hub is a purpose-built day service that offers a range of leisure and learning activities such as pottery, yoga, art, music, gardening, exercise, woodcraft, reminiscence, and sensory-based activities. Our Day Opportunities Services provide practical and therapeutic support for adults with a range of needs and abilities, helping them to develop skills, access health and care services, and live active lives in their local community.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with individuals, focusing on their strengths, choices, assets, and goals through person‑centred planning and reviews.
• Support and enable people to take part in new activities and opportunities that build confidence, independence and help them reach their full potential.
