About the role

Support Assistants will provide kind, respectful and person‑centred support tailored to each individual's needs and wishes. They will help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community, promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding, work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support, monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately. Duties include supporting with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
