Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support for Equity Brokerage trading activities, including trade booking, processing, and flow management in DMA, DSA, and Agency environments.
• Manage and monitor FIX connectivity, ensuring seamless onboarding of clients and vendors, and maintaining FIX certifications.
• Support and troubleshoot trade execution platforms such as Fidessa, Flextrade, Bloomberg, and ITG, ensuring high system uptime and efficiency.
• Conduct FIX testing using tools like VeriFIX, and monitor FIX traffic with tools like ITRS; identify and resolve connectivity and messaging issues proactively.
• Collaborate with exchange vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with Asian market exchange rules (HK, JP, KR, SG, TW, AU, IN) and adapt to regulatory changes.
