We are hiring SaaS Support Analysts to join our 24/7 global support team in Querétaro.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our hosted SaaS environment, working with Linux, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS or cloud support is expected.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Linux/Unix system knowledge.
  • SQL and relational database skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
