The primary purpose of this position is to review policies, methods, and procedures of maintenance/supply interface; and brief the Group Commander/Senior ART, branch supervisors, and other personnel on changes/requirements. Responsibilities Inspects and evaluates supply management activities, giving guidance, and recommending corrective action. Determines need for individual and group training, and arranges for facilities, training aids, and instructors. Determines and forecasts supply requirements for long and short range maintenance programs. Maintains aggressive supply discipline. Updates aircraft MICAP status boards twice daily and notifies the Logistic Readiness Squadron (LRS) Supply Customer Service section when cannibalization occurs.
