Summary About the Position: This position is located in Stuttgart, Germany within Europe East district logistics office. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). Federal employees in Stuttgart, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change. The initial length of this overseas tour is 36 months. Responsibilities Manage accountable property and supply transactions in the DoW mandated property accounting system, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Inform senior management on recommended changes to system and process to clarify or increase efficiencies, report situations that require management intervention, and when variations have been resolved or implemented.
