Daily, short-term and long-term TA'S needed in Enfield and Barnet.

You will be responsible for:
- Provide group and one-on-one support to students, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
- Encouraging positive behaviours, detecting areas of intervention and negotiating improvement strategies
- Demonstrating understanding and commitment to the improvement of students by supporting students in and around the class during lessons
