Supply Operator

Key Performance Areas include, but are not limited to:

• Barrel testing on a daily basis
• Assist with alternative wood products
• Loading and off-loading trucks
• Ad-hoc duties in other cooperage departments
• Housekeeping & risk control
• Loading effluent water into trucks
• Actively participate in all TPM activites

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications; experience; skills and attributes:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• At least 1 Year’s experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be physically fit, strong and healthy to cope with the physical demands of the position (e.g. heavy lifting) in an environment with high levels of dust
• Willingness to work overtime and/or irregular hours when required
