ABOUT THE ROLE

:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Supply Coordinator to join the Product & Sourcing team on a 6 month contract!


Reporting into the Supply Team Leader, this role will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and administration of purchase orders to initial concept and development of product.　


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain

  • Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders for Retail and Wholesale

  • Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time

  • Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time

  • Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping issues

  • Supporting the Product team sample collection and freight　

  • Maintaining weekly delivery schedule
