as a Supply Chain Technician
Order & Inventory Management
Process and plan customer orders from receipt through to completion and delivery.Manage urgent or high-priority orders, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock checks, and support replenishment planning.Monitor supplier deliveries, track inbound shipments, and flag delays or delivery issues.Act as a point of contact for supplier delivery queries and escalate issues appropriately.
