Supply Chain Supervisor

Purpose Lead the end-to-end management for the Device Care Center (DCC) in Mexico, overseeing logistics, diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, and fulfillment processes.
Ensure delivery of operational KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times, while acting as the single point of contact between Assurant and third-party providers (3PL), with regular on-site oversight.
