Supply Chain Quality Manager (Tijuana)

Mission:

As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for several program suppliers, ensuring the on-time and quality delivery of Airbus cabin equipment (monuments, floor-to-floor, IFE, seats, work packages, etc.).

Tijuana

Responsibilities:

• Work on-site at the assigned supplier’s location or at an Airbus facility for a minimum of 3 days a week, up to 5 days if business requires, and be located in the supplier’s center of gravity.
• Ensure the maturity and robustness of the supplier’s manufacturing and supply chain processes to prevent supply failures.
• Guarantee the continuous improvement of supply chain performance for delivered products.
• Ensure supplier capacity and capability to secure the ramp-up period and meet Airbus industrial goals (major planning changes, ramp-down, etc.).
