Lutron Electronics is seeking a Supply Chain Project Specialist to join our team in Cartago, CR. In this role, you will be a key part of our operations team and grow your skills while applying industry best practices to our supply chain function. Your contributions will help to maintain our market position as the world leader in smart lighting and shading systems.

A successful Supply Chain Project Engineer will possess both analytical and clear communication skills to interact with global manufacturers and with the Costa Rica production team to ensure on-time delivery of products to meet or exceed customers’ delivery and quality expectations.
