Your Job:

As a Supply Chain Project Leader within Molex Supply Excellence Team (SupEx), you will help transform end-to-end planning and supply chain execution across Molex’s global manufacturing network and business units. You will lead data-driven consulting engagements, process innovation, and digital transformation initiatives—translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable standards, stronger capabilities, and measurable performance improvements.

Our Team:

You will join the Molex Supply Excellence – Corporate Function, reporting to the Senior Manager, Molex Supply Excellence. The role partners globally with manufacturing plants, supply chain hubs, and digital enablement teams to build consistent planning/execution maturity and accelerate adoption of best practices.
