We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Manager who is strategic, collaborative and solutions‑oriented to join us in our Supply Chain team UCB in Bulle, Switzerland.

About the role

This role leads, manages and provides expertise in internal manufacturing Supply Chain processes, systems and connected activities. It oversees process optimization, continuous improvement, and end‑to‑end project execution across local and global Supply Chain initiatives. The position ensures alignment with global process experts, drives digital and process transformation, and manages a team of Supply Chain process experts. The geographical scope is local with strong interfaces to global functions.
