As Supply Chain Performance Leader, you'll oversee and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
They typically focus on optimizing production, reducing waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Their role involves analyzing data, leading teams, and implementing best practices to achieve high performance in industrial operations.
What will you do?
• Lead the continuous Improvement strategy: The person is in charge of continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front-end & Core, i.e.
from tendering to delivery.
• Animate the continuous improvement on operational processes in plant based on Schneider Performance.
• Challenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of them.
