We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Operations Analyst with proven experience in Coupa and Source-to-Pay (STP) operations. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our supply chain operations through Coupa, supporting users, analyzing data, and improving system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Coupa subject matter expert (SME) to support day-to-day STP operations across sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and supplier management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, and supplier onboarding within Coupa.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, AP, IT) to ensure process alignment and issue resolution.
