You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer order management. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, proactive communication on order risks (cuts, delays, push-outs), and delivering best-in-class service levels across all retail partners. Sitting perfectly at the intersection of Operations and Supply Chain. You will ensure we deliver against retailer expectations while protecting fill rates, compliance, and key customer relationships.
