Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading the Supply Chain team to determine and achieve the stock availability targets.
  • Improving Demand Planning and Ordering performance to maximize profit, and stock availability and minimize waste and aging.
  • Preparing stock to fit every case in the Warehouse both first lot and replenishment.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and the Warehouse team to achieve the business strategy and operations plan.
  • Evaluating and identifying the change of key factors in forecasting logic before executing promotions, holidays, and events.
  • Agreeing on the first lot of new items or promotion quantities with the Commercial and Sales team.
