Supply Chain Manager - Global Logistics, Import & Export (Malaysia)

Responsibilities

• Import & Export Operations
  • Manage end‑to‑end importation processes for all inbound shipments into Malaysia, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
  • Oversee shipment planning, customs declaration readiness, cargo tracking, and escalation management.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Tax Exemption & Government Coordination
  • Lead applications and management of tax exemption and BG programs related to importation activities.
  • Coordinate closely with government agencies including MIDA, MDEC, MOF, and the Malaysian Customs Department.
